Crisis Center Clinician (Weekend Days)

To support the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in our communities, we are offering a retention bonus of $600 for non-certified or licensed candidates and an additional $1,800 for certified or licensed candidates.

This is a part-time role, working Saturdays and Sundays 7am-7 : 30pm

The Triage Clinician Lead (TCL) is part of the person-centered integrated team providing direct and indirect services to persons who present to the local Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). The TCL serves as the main assessor for individuals who present to the BHCC who are experiencing a behavioral health or substance use related crisis and will complete the Open Access assessment, when applicable. The TCL will provide oversight on shift to non-clinical staff and take the lead in directing the overall flow and referral processes at the BHCC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Minimum of two years of experience working in Crisis Services if a bachelor's degree is the highest level of education obtained
