Experience with financials (budgets, reports, Capx, Etc.) CPM or RPA designation preferred (Not required)
Your new company
Hays is partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm, who is looking to add a Property Manager to oversee a luxury shopping center located in West Palm Beach.
Your new role
- Complete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-site
- Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status
- Oversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and Coordination
- Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors
- Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents
- Manage and oversee tenant space buildouts / improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenants
