Expectations
Interact with all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, and assist individuals in need. Thank guests and treat with genuine care and appreciation. Speak with others using clear, professional language, and appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while supporting the team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, as well as, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to ownership. Complete all applicable safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors or Ownership. Compensation Details
Compensation : Salary ($85,000.00 - $100,000.00)
