Greenhouse Vascular in Houston is looking for a full time Intake Coordinator. This is an On-site position Mon-Fri, no weekends, late nights or holiday shifts. Our Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and streamlining the initial process of patient interactions. This position involves handling inquiries, gathering and verifying necessary information, and coordinating admission processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and possesses strong communication skills, and must be bilingual, English / Spanish to ensure an exceptional experience for clients or patients.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for clients or patients, answering inquiries and providing information on services offered.
• Collect and verify client or patient information, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate the intake process, working closely with internal teams to facilitate efficient admissions.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and information gathered.
• Communicate effectively with clients, patients, and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as necessary.
• Identify and address potential issues promptly to support client or patient satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the intake process and service delivery.
