Digital Advertising Manager Job at Kforce Inc in Fort Lauderdale

Base pay range $120,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities The Digital Advertising Manager will develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and Video.

The Digital Advertising Manager will monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results

Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others

Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals

Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective

Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with our brand and campaign strategy

The Digital Advertising Manager will track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

5+ years of proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of Google ads and Social Media Platforms

Knowledgeable about Google Tag Manager, GA4, and tracking implementation

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge of HubSpot CRM a plus

Excellent problem solving, communication, and time management skills

Detail oriented, able to think creatively

Notes The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
