Job Duties :

Assistance with patient flow, vitals, phlebotomy / blood draws, and examinations with the provider(s) and physician
DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
Audiometric testing
Spirometry and respiratory fit testing assistance
Administrative tasks and responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing and specimen collection in-office

Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking examination rooms

Administrative duties, including NCRME scribe duties for providers and physicians

Patient and external communication and follow-up

Mobile and on-site activities, including audiometric testing and DOT / Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol testing

Secondary / Back-Up Support Responsibilities

Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications and Skills :

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Friendly, warm and welcoming

Exceptional phone and email etiquette

DOT / Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Specimen Collection Certification

Phlebotomy skills
