What Youll Do :

  • As a valued member of our field crew, your responsibilities will include :
  • Assisting with the installation and fabrication of agricultural and commercial buildings
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshooting job site issues and reporting them to the leadman or foreman
  • Coaching and mentoring new and temporary crew members
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, safe condition
  • Enforcing and following jobsite safety protocols (PPE, OSHA standards, etc.)
  • Keeping job sites clean and professional in appearance
  • Promoting and modeling FCBs Core Values and work ethic

What Were Looking For :

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours as needed
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  • Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently and professionally
  • A positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
