Network Engineer

We are a dynamic organization with a strong technology foundation, supporting 1,000 users across multiple locations, including two buildings in Brighton, MA, and remote sites in MA and Los Angeles. Over the past year, we've invested heavily in upgrading our network infrastructure, including a full transition from Cisco to Arista networking. We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Network Engineer or Network Administrator to join our team and help support and grow our network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage network infrastructure across two main sites and three remote locations, including TV and radio transmitter sites.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Arista network systems, WiFi, and SD-WAN environments.
• Work with cloud / hybrid storage solutions, including Amazon Direct Connect.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for network issues, coordinating with vendors such as Arista and Four Four Three Technologies.
• Participate in off-hours / on-call support for network emergencies as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and documentation to maintain team knowledge and continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, fostering a team-oriented culture.
• Learn and grow within the role, expanding technical skills and responsibilities over time.
