Help us succeed as our next Remote Support Associate to support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, follow safety procedures and company policies, and provide excellent service to customers and team members. Other duties include adapting to shifting priorities and business needs, managing daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, gaining knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, assisting with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and responding promptly to inquiries and resolving basic issues. Assist with processing returns and exchanges, coordinating tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and working collaboratively across teams and departments.
