Northern California - Pulmonary- Locum Tenens Position Details : Outpatient PULM only need for Sacramento.No call, no weekends, M-F.We need one locum tenens provider until we find permanent provider.Could be locum tenens to permanent. Could be Locums to Perm prefer full time, or possibly 2 providers splitting. Assignment Dates : ASAP-OngoingAssignment Duration : Full timeNotes / CommentsClinic : current see 18-15 patients per day.M-F : 8-5, no call, no weekends. Candidates will have to go through credentialing at the foundation only. Hospital requires a questionnaire to be filled out before they send the credentialing packet to candidate. Foundation conduct verification and peer reference checking. Foundation goes back 6 years, CREDENTIALING NOTES / CONTACTS : Medical Foundation MF goes 6 years back. Our organization, which leads the state in open-heart surgery, is accredited as a Certified Chest Pain Center with PCI, the first Northern California -area hospital with this distinction.
