Chimney Concepts is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep – Service Scheduler for our Port Washington, WI location. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers over the phone.   • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner
    • Ability to type at a high speed with a high degree of accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable using computers and standard Microsoft Office programs
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable with a positive attitude
    • Experience in customer service and scheduling is preferred.

      WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - SERVICE SCHEDULER

      In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, assist customers with chimney service inquiries, and schedule appointments for our technicians. You'll confirm appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain accurate customer records. You'll also support our field and office teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
