Customer Service Rep - Service Scheduler

Chimney Concepts is currently hiring a Customer Service Rep – Service Scheduler for our Port Washington, WI location. QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner
• Ability to type at a high speed with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and standard Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a positive attitude

Experience in customer service and scheduling is preferred.
