Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney with a strong background in employment-based immigration to join our growing team. This role involves handling a full caseload of petitions and applications for professionals, investors, and extraordinary individuals seeking temporary or permanent status in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review high-quality legal documents including I-140 petitions (NIW, EB-1A), O-1 and E-2 visa applications, PERM Labor Certifications, and I-129 petitions.
  • Develop compelling legal strategies and arguments to support complex cases.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case facts, and assess eligibility under relevant immigration categories.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, writers, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather evidence, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Stay current on evolving immigration policies, laws, and best practices.
  • Participate in internal training sessions, peer reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business immigration law, particularly with NIW, EB-1A, O-1, E-2, and PERM processes.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing detailed legal arguments and managing complex cases.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish or other language proficiency is a plus.
  • Background in global mobility or working with international clients or investors.
  • Salary

    $110,000 to $130,000.

    Bonuses

    Associates are evaluated on a variety of factors concerning quality of legal work, work efficiency, teamwork, adding value to client service, productivity as determined by the Firm and overall dedication to the Firm.

    The Firm may, in its discretion, choose to award bonuses up to the equivalent of 3 monthly salaries, and may add, remove, or modify any of its current compensation or benefits programs, plans, policies, or practices.

    Benefits

    This generally includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 50% of which is paid by the Firm. The Firm offers life, and short- and long-term disability to Associates. Associate eligibility for these benefits begins 30 days from the date of hire.

    The Firm offers 10 days of paid time off per calendar year, with the ability to accrue and roll over vacation days. The Firm offers 2 paid sick days per year as well as 2 unpaid personal days per year. Paid holidays, bereavement and jury duty. The Firm also offers employees the opportunity to enroll in a 401K plan after 6 months of employment. The Firm may at such times and under such circumstances as it alone deems appropriate in its sole discretion choose to change any of what is contained in this summary as well as any other policy applied to you. The terms of the full plan descriptions and policies govern.

    Background Check

    Employment with the Firm is also contingent upon a satisfactory background and reference check. This background check may include verification of education, employment history, criminal record, and any other relevant checks deemed necessary by the Firm. Should the results of the background check not meet the Firm's standards, this offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Firm.
