Material Handler

Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler where you will be responsible for consistent lifting, picking, and packing tasks within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials using various equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently lift and move materials as required.
  • Perform picking and packing tasks with precision.
  • Operate forklift equipment including clamp and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials using pallet jacks.
  • Ensure materials are properly palletized and shrink-wrapped for secure transportation.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to perform consistent lifting tasks.
  • Certified Forklift Operator with experience in clamp and sit-down forklifts.
  • Proficiency in picking and packing operations.
  • Experience with palletizing and shrink wrapping.

  • Experience in general labor, production, or construction environments.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a warehouse environment where you will work with various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The role requires wearing appropriate safety attire and following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Carson, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
