• Client strongly prefers 2 week docs but will consider 5 days per month for the right candidate
• 12 - 14 patients per day in clinic
• General urology clinic and outpatient surgery
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
