We offer two, full-time benefits eligible, guaranteed salary positions, either .8 or 1.0 FTE.\n\nOur full-time Registered Nurse positions are salary exempt and do not vary with visit numbers\n

  • You may work 32 hours / week or 40 hours / week - both are benefits eligible\n
  • Pay ranges from $83,200 - $89,000 for a 1.0 position\n
  • Your full-time work arrangement, whether a .8 or a 1.0 position, in addition to other considerations, determines your salary\n
  • Participation in the Saturday on-call phone rotation for bonus pay every 13 weeks is required\n\nOur highly skilled Registered Nurses see between 3-6 patients daily when working full time (performing catheter care, IV Infusion care, wound care, ostomy education, disease and medication management, etc.). Visit length varies with the type of visit being performed. Our patient population is primarily geriatric. We provide subacute care bridging the gap from hospital, TCU and clinic to home, helping our patients regain independence and live their best lives.\n\nBenefit Details to Consider\n\nBenefits\n\nWe share the cost of our employees' monthly medical premiums and provide an Employee Assistance Program, Long-Term Disability coverage and a Basic Life with AD&D policy.   • Full-time employees who work 40 hours / week earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays.\n
  • An employee working 32 hours earns about 14 paid days off, plus paid holidays.\n\nPlanning for your Future is important. At one year of employment, as a full-time employee you may defer part of your compensation to our 401(k) Plan. If you contribute up to 3%, we match your deferral at 100%.   • 1-3 years of Home Care experience (Preferred)\n
  • New grads are welcome!\n\nRequired\n
  • Graduate professional school of nursing; Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)\n
  • Current State of Minnesota RN license in good standing (Required)\n
  • Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers (Preferred)\n
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
