The Opportunity

I am looking for a Technical Product Manager who will partner with Adobe Marketing, Sales business users, operations teams - to identify key business requirements / problems, prioritize solutions, work with various execution teams and drive them to successful completion and achieve the business goals.

This product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and Co-lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

ATTENTION : This specific role will be working in Adobe Experience Platform & MSFT Dynamics and will be primarily focusing on the Marketing Operations and Sales experience in AEP & MSFT Dynamics. Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and Adobe Experience Platform- will be preferred.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business users to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales at Adobe and then build the future state on a target solution AEP and / or MSFT Dynamics.
• Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with business customers.
• Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver right business results
• Responsible for communicating / aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and strategy.
• Strategically align with other architecture, engineering and product teams on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
• Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
• Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and improvement requests
• Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
