Role Impact :
Join a market leader in custom automation and machinery design as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This high-impact role leads end-to-end mechanical development of precision-engineered systems, driving efficiency and innovation across industries. You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to bring complex machines from concept to installation, ensuring performance, reliability, and customer success. Key Duties :
- Design and develop custom machines and automated systems per client specs
- Generate 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly documentation
- Integrate mechanical designs with electrical / control systems in collaboration with engineers
- Lead prototype builds, validation, and commissioning at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot and refine systems for manufacturability, safety, and operational excellence
Essential Qualifications :
Equipment & Work Environment :
SolidWorks. AutoCAD. Autodesk Inventor. Custom automation platforms. Robotic arms. CNC-machined parts. Pneumatic systems. Sheet metal assemblies. PLC-integrated machinery. In-house and onsite prototyping.
