Must-Have :

• Strong assessment and coordination skills
• Ability to implement and monitor patient care plans
• Experience in working collaboratively with healthcare teams

Description :

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Implement and monitor patient care plans effectively.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders efficiently.

Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

The unit comprises Level 1, consisting of 3 LDRP beds, 1 Triage room, and 4 overflow postpartum rooms.
