Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Madison, MS. This contract position is ideal for an experienced SLP with a 215 endorsement seeking to provide essential support to middle and high school students. The role involves managing an overflow caseload of approximately 30 students, helping them develop crucial communication skills to thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications :

  • Valid 215 Speech-Language Pathology endorsement required
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of around 30 students effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with middle and high school student needs and IEP processes

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in middle and high school
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Location : Madison, Mississippi
