Forge is seeking a strategic and versatile Director of Communications to lead and elevate our brand's external and internal voice. Reporting to the EVP of Corporate Marketing & Communications, this leader will shape and execute Forge’s strategic communications strategy—encompassing public relations, media strategy, executive thought leadership, internal communications, and high-impact events. You will work closely with Forge’s executive team, agency partners, freelancers, and cross-functional marketing leaders to drive compelling narratives that increase brand awareness, elevate executive visibility, and reinforce Forge’s leadership in private market innovation.
Location : Hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Soho, NY office.

Compensation
For residents of New York, New York the annual salary range for this role is $170,000 - $185,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
