job_description.job_card.job_description2-5+ years of architectural drafting experience using AutoCAD Architecture is preferred Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting processes (highly preferred). Proven ability to produce permit and construction drawings for commercial projects. Solid understanding of construction methods and building details. Experience with Revit is a plus Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients.
Apollo Technical has an immediate need for an Architectural designer / drafter in the Ocala, FL area.
This is a long-term opportunity with a busy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed working drawings and permit drawings for commercial and residential projects, including block office buildings, metal structures, car dealerships, warehouses, and upcoming multifamily developments.
- Contribute to design tasks and perform occasional job site visits for field verification.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
