About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to lead, supervise, and oversee an interior construction crew of 4–6 people. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality work, efficient progress, and safe operations on a Section 8 housing project in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage a crew of 4–6 interior tradespeople.

Oversee and coordinate daily work including :

Painting

Drywall installation and finishing

Cabinet installation

Trim work

Rough carpentry

Fixture installation

Ensure quality control and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Enforce jobsite safety and compliance with project requirements.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members.

Track progress and provide regular updates on crew performance and project milestones.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead in interior construction.

Strong knowledge of painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and fixture installation.

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Must be able to work on Section 8 housing projects.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
