A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct job and salary analysis, including benchmarking and market analysis
Provide cost projections and advise on compensation policies and equity issues
Assist with budget planning, union contract implementation, and manager training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with specialized Human Resource training or equivalent experience
Five years of recent Human Resources experience, with three years focused on compensation systems
Experience in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets and data management
Human Resources certification (SPHR, PHR, or CCP) preferred
Accounting or financial background strongly preferred
