Join our Gastroenterology Team as a Patient Access Professional II! Experience with insurance verification, prior authorization, and billing experience strongly preferred!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES :

• Provides professional and friendly reception and registration duties.
• Organizes patient flow; keeps physicians and patients on schedule.
• Maintains and documents patient files in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supports billing, patient estimates, and time of service collection efforts.
• Obtains prior authorization for Spine Center procedures and surgeries.
• Possesses exceptional communication, decision making, organizational, and interpersonal skills and act under direction as well as on their own initiative.
