Utilizing your strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements, youll assist in defining, reviewing and analyzing system requirements for enhancements / modifications for supportability by providing input to project / program plans and deliverables. Additionally, the Advanced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will lead the review, development and modification of procedures and products for one or more ILS functions, while mentoring team members. What you bring to the table :

A Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Demonstrates strong leadership capability within a team-based environment

Highly proficient knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements : Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, Manpower and Personnel, Technical Data, Training and Training Equip

Manufacturing experience desired

Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products

Leads manufacturing efforts regarding updates of product builds and assists in validating the bill of materials and hardware for deployments

Serves as a liaison between the lab development team and mechanical engineers

Works closely with the Integrated Logistics Support team to sustain site operations and remedy hardware issues

Travel may be required

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled Combined Salary Range USD $102,874.00 - USD $111,312.00 / Yr.
