We are currently seeking Lead personnel. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees.

Accountability Functions :

• Lead and assign daily maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install and test new equipment
• Perform and schedule preventive maintenance
• Conduct inspections and respond to equipment issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Train and support maintenance technicians
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity using Microsoft Teams, COGS maintenance software, and other software provided by the company
• Ensure safe, efficient work practices
• Report issues / hazards / opportunities for improvement to direct supervisor
• Required to report to and work other shifts as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
