Concrete Superintendent - Wastewater

Job Title : Concrete Superintendent – Water / Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee self-performed concrete operations on water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supervising concrete crews and managing concrete building projects, with specific experience on wastewater facilities required.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily concrete construction activities on WWTP projects

Oversee crews performing formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing operations

Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality control and productivity

Manage crew scheduling, equipment, materials, and inspections

Enforce company safety policies and promote a safe jobsite environment

Provide field leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving support

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience supervising concrete construction projects

Required : hands-on experience with water and wastewater treatment plant concrete work

Strong understanding of structural concrete, foundations, and tank construction

Proven ability to lead field crews and coordinate project logistics

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to travel and manage work at various project sites
