Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) to join a structural engineering team. The role involves design, analysis, and review of a variety of structural projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Perform structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects.
- Conduct field inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Support forensic analysis and independent plan reviews.
- Prepare design documentation and ensure compliance with engineering codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in risk assessments and provide recommendations for structural integrity and safety.
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress with project managers and team members.
