job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCreate and maintain routine data collection, entry, or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability, or equipment calibration. Set-up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, provide support and test procedures for special processes. Provide on-going training to Quality Department employees and assign proper training to new team members. Establish and maintain high performance teamwork and positive working relationships within assigned teams and with all applicable company departments, and other internal and external customers.
Advance your career as a Senior Quality Engineering Technician Lead at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You’ll set-up and perform a variety of complex mechanical, electrical, and functional tests. You'll also lead activities within AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies while being the on-the-floor point of contact for day-to-day issues supporting direction given by supervisor / manager ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Are You Looking to :
- Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection / verification to defined specifications for new and existing products, raw material, warranty returns and calibration.
- Compile and provide test reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee test fixtures construction for material, product, or process analysis.
- Participate in supplier and customer audits and provide technical data as required to support findings.
- Lead activities within AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, identification, corrective action and verify solutions.
