We're seeking an entry-level and experienced BCBAs at our Albuquerque Center.
We provide early intervention (18 months up to 6 years), center-based ABA Therapy for children diagnosed with autism.

Duties / Responsibilities
Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clientsDevelop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABATrain each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment planContinuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effectiveModify any programs that are not making progress or that the client has masteredConduct assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS upon intake and every 6 months, thereafterTrack all authorization dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorizations expireMonitor and adjust the behavior plan throughout the treatment period in accordance with the child’s progressionConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Practical Functional Assessments as neededParticipate in weekly BCBA group meetings to discuss client progress or concernsRun and participate in monthly staff meetings.Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU eventsQualifications
Master or Doctorate Level Degree : Behavior Analysis or related field - REQUIREDBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines - REQUIREDExperience working with center-based, early intervention children - PREFERREDBenefits and Perks
