SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following :
- Promoting business development opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails
- Presenting our brand to potential clients
- Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Reporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (Weekly / Monthly) development processes and result
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience RECRUITING and ACTIVATING multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees whove signed up for 5 25 units)REQUIREMENT : 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. marketsREQUIREMENT : proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power userActive participation in franchising organizations and conferences : IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchiseesExpert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
