The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in fast-paced restaurant construction, including both ground-up builds and high-pressure remodels. They thrive on the road, are comfortable managing multiple projects in different locations, and know how to keep teams motivated and accountable, even under tight timelines. They bring deep field knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, MEP coordination, health and safety compliance, and local code enforcement. They're quick on their feet, solve problems without drama, and communicate clearly with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams.
