Compensation : $105-115,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.

General Job Description : Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Payments & Fraud Operations to lead a team responsible for the execution and oversight of the organization’s payments and fraud programs. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring accurate reporting, effective dispute management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will identify process gaps, implement improvements, and provide guidance to your team while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the integrity and efficiency of the payments and fraud functions.

Job Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience in banking operations, with significant expertise in payments and fraud management, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of dispute resolution, regulatory compliance (e.g., Reg E), and fraud prevention practices
• Proven ability to streamline processes, address operational gaps, and implement solutions that improve program performance
• Excellent communication skills with experience producing reports and presenting insights to management
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing team members while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of  industry best practices and experience driving strategic projects or operational improvements
