Job Requirements

Education Requirements :

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) License in Washington state or eligible for licensure reciprocity.

Certifications Requirements :

PT license required.

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in physical therapy.

Other Requirements :

Must have PT license in good standing.

Strong communication and patient care skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Background check clearance.

Must be comfortable working dayshift hours (8 : 30 am - 5 pm).

Ability to work 40 hours per week; schedule includes 5-8 hour shifts (5x8 schedule).

No on-call or callback responsibilities required.

Must have a positive attitude and dedication to patient recovery.

Job Description

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting in Ellensburg, WA.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.

Evaluate patient progress and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
