Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to lead all phases of Adaptive Planning implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consultative approach, deep expertise in Adaptive Planning, and the ability to deliver effective, scalable planning solutions aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Adaptive Planning implementations—from requirements gathering and design through to delivery and support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their current planning processes and translate legacy models into Adaptive Planning.
- Recommend optimal solutions based on client needs, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate design sessions and guide configuration decisions grounded in best practices.
- Build and configure forecasting, budgeting, and reporting models within Adaptive Planning.
- Conduct user training sessions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Maintain project documentation, including planning models, reporting frameworks, and configuration details.
- Manage expectations through clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client success criteria.
- Provide ongoing client support and serve as a trusted advisor for Adaptive Planning best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, lessons learned, and solution innovations.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering Workday Adaptive Planning implementations or equivalent planning and budgeting tools.Strong financial modeling and business process understanding.Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Prior consulting experience preferred.We champion equality and inclusivity, proudly supporting an Equal Opportunity Employer policy.
