Intern - P / C Claims (Summer 2026)

Job Summary

As an auto express or property intern, you will review and analyze policies to verify coverage, establish reserves, and settle claims for less complex losses. Other responsibilities will include contacting customers to explain coverage, settling customer claims and contributing to the high customer service results within the claims department. You will also assist various claims teams following catastrophe storms.

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications or insurance related field Interpersonal skills Effective problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Able to comprehend and utilize various computer programs
