Compensation & Schedule

Base : $45,000$70,000 (DOE, licenses)

Monthly bonus : $500$1,000 (retention + cross-sell + team goals)

Hours : MonFri 8 : 30 To 5 : 00, in-office at Georgetown or Frankfort

What youll do

Own client service for Auto / Home / Renters / other P&C : endorsements, billing, claims concierge, renewals

Run coverage reviews and close gaps ethically (RCEs, ACV vs RC, deductibles, key endorsements)

Proactively retain & round accounts; document thoroughly; follow carrier / agency compliance

What youll bring

Active KY P&C license (required); Life & Health a plus (or willing to obtainexam / CE support available)

2+ years agency CSR experience (State Farm agent office experience is a plus)

Professional polish, dependable follow-through, and a client-first mindset about protecting property & lives
