Set in the heart of beautiful Marina Bay, our skilled nursing facility is home to a strong, supportive team... and we’re looking for a proven leader to help guide the way forward! Are you an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing, who may be interested in joining our dynamic team at Alliance Health at Marina Bay?  This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, well-run building known for its outstanding team culture and long-standing leadership. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated Director of Nursing with over 20 Years of Nursing Home experience, and department heads who have been part of this facility for many years and are committed to supporting your success.

As ADON, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and helping to maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve. You'll also help coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent care across the board.
