Description :
As a Bartender, you will collaborate closely with servers and wait staff to mix and serve drink orders efficiently. We have a high volume, fast-paced work environment that relies on teamwork and cooperation among the staff. You will be responsible for managing the bar area, including the Service Bar, Veranda Bar, and Event Bartending.
Requirements :
- Present Completed Food Handler and TABC Certification as per state requirements.
- Meet personal schedule requirements punctually.
- Be polite, approachable, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the restaurant's image.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. via beverage trays or required equipment.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, and wipe.
- Stock and track bar products and supplies inventory.
- Move safely about all areas of the restaurant.
- Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes.
- Communicate drink orders to wait staff.
- Attend to the details and presentation of each order.
- Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Work quickly and efficiently.
- Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with Casa Rio policies and procedures.
