JOB SUMMARY :

The Master Electrician is responsible for installation, start up, and shut down of equipment; troubleshoot and repair of electrical equipment. This role will require a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of carious materials, principles of operation and application of electrical equipment.

Pay Range : $25 - $42.64

YOUR IMPACT :

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures in line with OSHA requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical / electronic equipment.
• Plan electrical work utilizing thorough background knowledge of electrical / electronic and machinal theories and principles, local and national electrical codes, and properties of various materials.
• Advise operators and maintenance technicians of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electric / electronic and machinal equipment components.
• Inform appropriate management and maintenance of potential electrical / mechanical plans and inherent dangers involved.
• Assist and train apprentices and technical team members.
• Perform preventative maintenance functions as needed.
• Maintains company required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
