Key Responsibilities

Act as the escalation point for customers to drive urgency on critical blockers during migrations

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as professional services, consulting, or customer success

Skilled in leading project planning and execution, with clear communication of timelines and risks

Strong ability to influence customer decision-making through expertise in delivery knowledge

Proven track record in ensuring delivery excellence and demonstrating autonomy across multiple responsibilities

Ability to build trusting relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels of authority
