Shift : MidShift 11am - 7 : 30 pm

Your Role :

As a Registered Nurse , you will play a vital role in providing both direct and indirect patient care. Your expertise will guide you through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that you meet the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding changes in patient conditions.
• Conduct focused patient assessments and reassessments based on their condition and treatments.
• Utilize appropriate pain management techniques and assess pain levels accurately.
• Administer medications safely, adhering to the 6 rights of medication administration.
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services as required.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and minimize errors in a supportive environment.
