Company Description

Kalb Corporation designs and manufactures thermal management products for the O.E.M. and industrial engine markets. Our primary product, HeatBlocker Ultra Performance Engine Exhaust Insulation, is designed to prevent engine fires caused by debris and flammable fluids contacting hot exhaust components. Additionally, we help ensure the safety of personnel by preventing burns from touching hot exhaust components and cool the engine compartments and operating stations by designing specific insulation systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Oneida, IL. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting with potential and existing clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired
  • Experience in the thermal management or industrial engine markets are a plus
