Key Responsibilities :

• Drive growth in your market by meeting revenue and profitability goals.
• Effectively communicate the firm's value proposition and advice-based services to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships through internal bank referrals and external Centers of Influence (COIs).
• Surround clients with expert team resources, including Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office professionals.
• Conduct client meetings and annual reviews to ensure alignment with financial objectives, making recommendations to strengthen and grow relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends and demonstrate a high level of expertise in investment offerings and solutions.
• Engage with the local community to foster business development and expand market presence.
