Requirements

• Experience in PTAB / IPR, patent litigation in district court, and / or ITC proceedings.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.
• Some familiarity with source code is preferred.
• All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
• Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
