Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee the finance department and assist in financial policy formulation and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor business processes and systems for integrity in information and systems

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports

Review and present strategic plans, operating budgets, and forecasts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

5+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or finance-related experience

Previous management experience, including hiring and training staff

Experience in public accounting, operations, or health care preferred

Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance matters
