Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to maximize patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for home exercise and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
• Deliver care to patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, no-fault, workers compensation, and cash payment programs.
