Data Center Project Manager

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with general management, operations, or sales experience to step into a role within the rapidly growing data center industry. No specific background in low voltage or data centers is required-we're looking for a strong leader with the ability to manage people, communicate across teams, solve problems, and learn fast.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate between field crews, internal departments, and customer stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and deliverables using internal tools and processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-construction teams to help scope new work and transition it into active delivery.
• Learn the fundamentals of low voltage, structured cabling, and data center integration with support from senior team members and field experts.
