Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a Staff Attorney to join its commercial contracting team in Dayton, Ohio. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on commercial contracts or at least two (2) years working in a corporate legal department. At least two (2) years of contract drafting and negotiating experience in a law firm environment is preferred. Candidates seeking flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid setting, are welcome to apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
