job_description.job_card.job_description7–10 years of plaintiff’s civil litigation experience Active Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admission (required) Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish Strong written and verbal communication skills Manage all aspects of assigned cases, from pleadings to trial preparation Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses Handle and take depositions independently Conduct legal research and draft motions Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress Experience in personal injury litigation specifically Trial experience preferred Strong negotiation skills for settlement discussions Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
